We’re seeking individuals to step into the role of Crew Leader within our company. Experience isn’t necessary, but we want certain qualities in the candidates. The perfect candidate? Pay and Job Details

  • Drivers/Crew Leaders can earn up to $25 per hour, with an average starting wage between $16 to $19 per hour, plus tips.
  • Crew Members/Helpers have the potential to earn up to $19 per hour.
  • Typical work hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • We offer company outings and monthly and annual bonus opportunities.
  • Training is provided.
  • There are opportunities for cross-country driving for long-distance moves.
  • Management roles are available for suitable candidates.
  • Vacation time is provided.

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
  • Guide customers through the moving process from start to finish.
  • Conduct walk-throughs with clients at job sites to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Assist the crew leader in preparing the truck based on job details.
  • Help the crew leader with paperwork, billing, and closing out jobs.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse work is helpful.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (80 lbs or more) repeatedly and perform physical tasks like climbing, balancing, kneeling, and walking.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are preferred but not required.
